Senior Public Relations Executive

About the role

The Senior Public Relations Executive will support strategic PR initiatives, working closely with the PR Manager to develop and execute communication plans that align with corporate objectives. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, external partners, media, and government stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in developing and implementing PR strategies and preparing performance reports.
• Support media engagement by drafting press releases, pitching stories, coordinating interviews, and organizing press events.
• Help plan and execute stakeholder engagement programs with government officials, regulators, and industry bodies, monitoring policy developments.
• Contribute to event management for product launches, seminars, and business forums, handling logistics, vendors, and budgets.
• Maintain crisis communication protocols and support response strategies during challenging situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate communications or PR experience, preferably in TMT or similar sectors.
• Strong media network and ability to manage complex PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Creative, analytical, well‑organized and able to work independently when required.
