Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function for intimate apparel production. The role focuses on ensuring material quality, compliance with specifications, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and work instructions for intimate apparel production.
• Maintain high quality standards, emphasizing material quality and performance throughout all production stages.
• Lead a team of quality inspectors, ensuring timely inspections and adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits, assess compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to meet quality requirements.
• Align material selection with customer specifications and evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformities, addressing material and process factors.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and monitor quality performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, quality management, or industrial engineering.
• Proven track record in quality management within intimate apparel or related manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of intimate apparel materials and their impact on product quality.
• Effective communication with stakeholders in both Chinese and English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
