Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – APAC (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will own garment supplier quality and field auditing across the APAC vendor base. Based in Hong Kong, the role works independently, influences vendor partners, and acts as the on‑the‑ground QA representative during factory engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities for all product categories, suppliers, and factories throughout development and production.
• Provide senior QA expertise, technical guidance, and recommendations to cross‑functional teams and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate product quality, testing, labeling, and compliance risks, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct regular factory visits and on‑site audits to assess manufacturing processes, workmanship standards, inspection procedures, and adherence to quality expectations.
• Lead root‑cause investigations for significant quality or production issues and drive corrective‑action plans with follow‑up verification.
• Document audit findings, risks, and supplier commitments in clear, actionable reports for QA leadership.
• Travel across the APAC region to support audits, capability reviews, issue investigations, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain day‑to‑day supplier quality follow‑up, support scorecard inputs, and analyze metrics to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in garment supplier quality management and field auditing within APAC.
• Ability to operate independently, influence external partners, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for risk identification, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑action planning.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.
