Senior Sales Manager - Catering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager for our catering division to manage and develop relationships with corporate and non‑corporate accounts, drive sales growth and ensure compliance with Marriott standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with corporate and non‑corporate accounts to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to strengthen partnerships.
• Plan and execute sales blitzes to identify growth opportunities in key markets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to optimise sales strategies.
• Supervise and motivate account managers to meet sales goals and ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain updated account profiles, sales reports, and corporate production data in internal systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales activity reports, including lead generation, market insights, and competitor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott SOPs and LSOPs in all sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5‑8 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong sales and relationship‑building skills with ability to analyse market trends.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
