Senior Sales Representative

About the role

DKSH is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to support the superior in managing day‑to‑day operating expenditures and to drive sales growth across assigned territories. The role involves implementing action plans, tracking performance against KPIs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales activities including order taking, product introductions, marketing display set‑ups and in‑store merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, tender prices and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Track and collect payments, maintain customer data in CRM systems and record sales data for reporting.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for competition reports.
• Maintain a customer complaints log and follow up on issues to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee timely product delivery and support relationship development with key customers.

Required profile

• School Certificate, Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry; recent graduates with strong interest in sales are also considered.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese.
• Basic knowledge of the industry, market, competitors and customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
