Senior Store Officer – Store & Tool Room Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Store Officer to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Stores and Tool Room. Reporting directly to the Operations Controller, you will ensure compliance with aviation airworthiness standards and maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for inventory and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily activities of the Stores and Tool Room, ensuring adherence to HKCAD, CAAS, and EASA/UKCAA regulations.
• Lead a team of Store Officers to maintain safety, cleanliness, and security at all times.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tool lists for all received, stocked, dispatched, and issued items, including spare parts and consumables.
• Continuously improve workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Operations Controller or senior management.

Required profile

• Form 7 or higher; diploma or degree is an advantage.
• Minimum one year of experience in store or inventory management.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Mature, proactive, and able to work under high pressure with a customer‑focused, outgoing attitude.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Valid class 1 & 2 driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification (preferred).
