Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

OKX is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Hong Kong recruiting team. You will partner directly with senior business leaders across APAC to drive mid‑to‑senior level hiring for a fast‑growing crypto exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject‑matter expert on the APAC talent market.
• Lead direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, managing requisitions from brief to close.
• Design and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies.
• Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.

Required profile

• Extensive in‑house recruiting experience with a proven track record placing mid‑ to senior‑level roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments.
• Fluency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively across multiple regions.
