Senior Tax Analyst – APAC Regional Role

About the role

As a Regional Senior Tax Analyst you will join Belden’s Asia Pacific tax team, supporting tax accounting, compliance and planning across multiple APAC entities. You will help optimise the company’s tax position, manage country‑level tax filings and align regional execution with the global tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare US GAAP tax provisions, Pillar Two modelling, cash tax calculations and return‑to‑provision activities for APAC establishments.
• Partner with accounting teams and external consultants to file corporate income tax returns across the region.
• Support US international income tax reporting for APAC entities.
• Implement Belden’s transfer‑pricing policies and coordinate documentation with external advisors.
• Assist tax planning initiatives, including group‑structure rationalisation, investment/divestment support, repatriation arrangements and optimisation projects.
• Provide corporate income tax and transfer‑pricing support to internal business functions.
• Analyse sales data to identify business issues, track corrective actions and monitor KPIs such as bookings, billings and quota attainment.
• Undertake ad‑hoc analysis, reporting and special projects as required.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 4 years of tax, accounting or auditing experience.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm or multinational corporation is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in tax accounting, compliance, transfer pricing and tax planning.
• Strong knowledge of international tax concepts, including cash repatriation and tax treaties.
