职位概况

负责酒店全范围的设施运维与保养，确保电气、空调等系统安全、可靠运行。

主要职责

进行酒店客房、公共区、办公区及室外区域的日常检查、维修和保养。
维护一般电力装置和空调设备，执行预防性维修计划。
维修和管理HVAC及BMS系统，保障技术区域的正常运作。
记录维修日志，协助制定维护标准。

任职要求

具备工程类相关证书、文凭或高等学历（如大专、本科）。
有相关工作经验，熟悉电脑操作。
持有电工证（电牌）者优先。

必备技能

HVAC系统维护
BMS系统维护

计算机操作
