Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive – Contact Centre & Remote

About the role

Join HSBC's Retail Bank and Wealth division in Hong Kong as a Senior Wealth and Personal Banking Executive. You will work across the contact centre and remote channels, delivering high‑quality service to top‑tier customers and supporting their financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and digital enquiries, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Interpret customer needs from vocal and online channels and recommend suitable financial products and services.
• Maintain professional written communication via digital service platforms.
• Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with strong reading and writing ability in Chinese (Traditional) and English.
• Excellent written communication skills in both local language and English.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in Traditional Chinese.
• Computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms.
• Banking experience not essential; comprehensive training and licensing support provided.
• Customer‑service experience preferred; HKSI or IIQE licence holders preferred.
