职位概况
负责制定并执行谷歌 SEO 与生成式搜索（GEO）统一策略，提升自然流量、AI 引擎引用率及业务线索转化。
主要职责
- 覆盖谷歌搜索与 AI 搜索双平台，规划查询资源投放。
- 构建提示词矩阵，监测 AI 引擎提及率并提升高价值查询的可见度。
- 使用 AI 完成关键词研究、内容生成、页面搭建及结构化数据落地，实现快速上线。
- 进行技术性 SEO 检查，优化页面架构、性能、重复内容、标签规范及 schema。
- 搭建 SEO / GEO 数据看板，自动化排名监测、竞品对比与内容诊断。
任职要求
- 熟练使用 Claude、ChatGPT 等模型完成内容、页面及自动化工作，具备 Prompt 编写能力。
- 能够独立交付页面，无需依赖设计或研发排期。
- 具备策略判断力，能定义问题、排优先级并通过数据验证。
- 了解 AI 搜索检索机制，有 AI 可见性监测经验者优先。
- 拥有可验证的自然流量或搜索可见度增长案例。
必备技能
- Claude、ChatGPT 等 AI 模型使用
- Prompt 编写与自动化工作流搭建
- HTML、JavaScript 或现代建站工具
- Google Search Console、GA4、Ahrefs、Semrush 等 SEO 工具
- Core Web Vitals、schema markup、llms.txt 等技术优化
