Service Ambassador (Receptionist) – Private Banking & Treasures

About the role

The Service Ambassador provides professional front‑of‑house and administrative support for DBS Private Banking’s Private Banking & Treasures Private Client team. Acting as the first point of contact, the role ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for external customers, handling inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Manage email inboxes and incoming calls with prompt, courteous responses.
• Coordinate meeting‑room reservations, set‑up equipment and ensure a comfortable environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the front‑of‑house area.
• Organise tea, light lunches and refreshments for client meetings and internal sessions.
• Uphold service excellence standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee correspondence and courier handling in partnership with the office assistant.
• Perform general administrative duties such as procurement, business‑card ordering, payment processing, equipment repairs and data entry.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and provide clerical assistance to the Private Banking team.

Required profile

• Good command of written English.
