Service Centre Officer – Guest Services

About the role

The Service Centre Officer is the first point of contact for guests at Kerry Hotel, an urban resort in Hong Kong. You will handle guest requests, manage communications, and ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
• Record and deliver guest messages, wake‑up calls, and special requests.
• Provide information on general enquiries and current food & beverage promotions.
• Fulfil guest needs according to established service standards.
• Support the team with any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel or customer service environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
