Service Centre Officer – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

As a Service Centre Officer you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling their requests and coordinating internal communications to ensure smooth daily operations at the Kerry Hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming and outgoing calls promptly.
• Record and deliver guest messages and wake‑up calls.
• Fulfil guest needs according to established standards.
• Respond to general enquiries and explain the latest food & beverage promotions.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel or customer‑service industry.
• Customer‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
