Service Executive

About the role

The Service Executive is the front‑line ambassador of our store, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and efficient assistance. You will manage walk‑in traffic, support sales staff, and maintain smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs, product interest and enquiries.
• Reassure customers about service timelines and direct them to the next available staff member.
• Coordinate with sales team members to ensure they are ready to serve.
• Manage queue issues, providing amenities to waiting customers when needed.
• Arrange and verify walk‑in appointments.
• Escort customers inside the store and ensure they are not left unattended.
• Provide feedback to the in‑charge on queue and tally management.
• Update and record customer appointments throughout the day.
• Recognise VIP customers and greet them by name.
• Serve after‑sales and Web‑To‑Shop customers.
• Support cashier duties when required and assist in general store operations.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in retail sales, stock management or customer service.
• Cheerful, helpful attitude with a strong commitment to company service standards.
• Assertive with a good understanding of floor operations.
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
• Common‑sense problem‑solving ability.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
