Service Specialist – Consumer Banking

About the role
The role supports DBS Consumer Banking Group by delivering excellent front‑office service to branch customers. You will greet visitors, manage queue flow and act as a digital banking guide, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, manage check‑in, ticketing and seating to optimise the branch journey.
- Provide comprehensive information, resolve inquiries, and escalate issues while promoting digital channel adoption.
- Uphold DBS service standards, embody RED values and mentor Service Ambassadors.
- Identify service improvement opportunities, support new initiatives and participate in daily huddles.
- Provide backup for transactional duties and assist with front‑office operations as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year customer‑service experience in a bank, with HKCEE or HKDSE passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics.
- Strong customer‑obsessed mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
