ServiceNow Architect – Cloud & ITSM Solutions

About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of IT operation solutions for its clients. The role focuses on ServiceNow‑based ITSM implementations, cloud infrastructure design, and integration of critical business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, customize, and integrate ServiceNow ITSM tools to meet client requirements.
• Architect cloud‑based monitoring and ITSM solutions, including service mapping, discovery, and event management.
• Lead data modelling, business process automation, and performance optimisation for ITSM and cloud operations.
• Develop custom applications, UI/UX designs, and integration flows between ITSM, cloud platforms, and business‑critical systems.
• Build and optimise incident, problem, BC/DR processes and associated KPIs.
• Design security and operational architectures covering authentication, identity management, middleware, and infrastructure‑level security.
• Provide technical leadership across projects and support presales activities by creating solution proposals for RFPs.
• Adapt to additional senior architect responsibilities as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ServiceNow and ITSM tool deployment, customization, and integration.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure design and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive complex solution delivery.
• Experience supporting presales efforts and preparing proposal solutions.
