Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Dantatsu Creative Agency Hong Kong on a full‑time, on‑site basis in the Islands District. You will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of social media campaigns across major platforms, ensuring the brand reaches and engages its target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
• Maintain daily posting schedules, create and curate content, and monitor real‑time performance.
• Analyse metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies based on data and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visual and written assets that reflect a consistent brand voice.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry best practices, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and optimisation for brands or agencies.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple projects and pay close attention to detail.
• Understanding of Hong Kong market trends and audience behaviour.
