Software Engineer - 2027 New Grad

About the role

We are seeking a new‑graduate Software Engineer to join our quantitative trading team. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and maintaining low‑latency trading systems and large‑scale data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain stock and futures trading systems.
• Optimize the network and hardware environment of low‑latency trading systems.
• Build quantitative research infrastructure for massive financial data, including backtesting systems and distributed computing solutions.
• Design and implement large‑scale data platforms supporting live trading and research needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field from a world‑renowned university.
• Strong interest in quantitative trading and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Linux operating system.

Required skills

• Proficient in C++14/17 (or later).
• Proficient in Python 3.
• Experience with at least one scripting language.
• Familiarity with Git, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of low‑level system development (operating systems, databases, storage, or distributed systems).
