About the role

Happiest Minds Technologies, an AI‑first digital engineering and IT services company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, integrated platforms. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and brings at least 12 years of solution architecture and systems delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

Define and govern the end‑to‑end solution architecture for assigned projects, ensuring business requirements are translated into secure, scalable and supportable designs.
Lead the delivery of complex, integrated platforms across the enterprise.
Align solutions with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of solution architecture and systems delivery experience.
Life insurance architecture experience (policy administration, underwriting, servicing, finance or customer platforms) preferred.
