Solutions Consultant – APAC (Hong Kong)

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant for Elliptic in the APAC region, you will work at the intersection of commercial success and technical credibility. You will engage directly with compliance teams at crypto exchanges, financial institutions and fintechs to understand their goals, address pain points and demonstrate how Elliptic’s AML and risk‑mitigation solutions meet real‑world regulatory challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demos and best‑practice sessions for compliance, risk and executive stakeholders.
• Own enterprise trials and proof‑of‑concept engagements, ensuring technical success, adoption and measurable value.
• Support new‑business and upsell opportunities by providing pre‑sales expertise throughout the customer journey.
• Map complex customer workflows for high‑value clients to influence product positioning.
• Conduct discovery conversations to surface compliance, operational and regulatory pain points.
• Translate technical concepts into commercial benefits for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Create and maintain best‑practice demo materials for the wider commercial team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Elliptic’s product and API documentation to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Client‑facing experience with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Understanding of AML, sanctions compliance and risk mitigation in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Ability to work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to shape value propositions.

Required skills

• API knowledge and usage.
