Station Attendant

About the role

The Station Attendant (Utility Cleaner) supports essential hotel operations across kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry areas. You will ensure clean linens, spotless dishware, and well‑maintained equipment for guests and staff, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and laundry areas according to hotel standards.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware, linens, and other items throughout the hotel efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold quality standards.
• Lift, move, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance; stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior work experience or supervisory experience needed.
• Physical ability to lift ≤50 lb, reach overhead, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
• Commitment to a safe workplace, professional appearance, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Operation of dishwashing machines.
• Operation of linen washers and dryers.
