Stewarding Agent – Terrace Boulud

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Stewarding Agent for its upcoming Terrace Boulud restaurant. The role is part of the Food & Beverage Service team and focuses on daily stewarding operations, ensuring all tableware and kitchen items are cleaned, stored and maintained to the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general dishwashing duties and keep the kitchen and service areas clean.
• Operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely and efficiently.
• Wash, rinse and store chinaware, glassware, silverware and other service items according to established procedures.
• Maintain and clean all stewarding equipment and tools.
• Assist the Stewarding Supervisor with additional tasks as required.
