Supply Chain Business Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative finance professional to act as a strategic business partner for our Global Buying and Sourcing organization. The role embeds finance expertise within the supply chain to improve cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and overall accountability across COGS.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global Sourcing leadership to enhance cost visibility, accountability, and forecast accuracy, translating operational strategies into financial plans.
• Lead financial evaluation of supplier cost structures, product costing, freight, duty, and other landed‑cost drivers across key manufacturing regions.
• Quantify financial impacts of sourcing initiatives, monitor performance against targets, and identify opportunities to optimize COGS.
• Provide strategic decision support by evaluating trade‑offs across logistics, duty, and operations, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deliver end‑to‑end reporting and analysis on sourcing and supply‑chain performance, tracking KPIs such as cost efficiency, utilization, forecast accuracy, and margin improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in finance partnership within supply‑chain or sourcing environments.
• Proven ability to assess supplier economics, landed‑cost drivers, and margin performance.
• Excellent communication skills to translate financial insights into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with sourcing, product development, quality, and operations teams.
