Supply Chain Specialist / Officer

About the role

Telford International is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist/Officer to support its expanding beverage portfolio in Hong Kong. The role focuses on demand planning, order processing, inventory control and logistics coordination to ensure a smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient demand planning processes by collaborating with suppliers and inter‑company stakeholders.
• Manage order processing, replenishment, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate internal teams for inventory planning, stock control and logistics arrangements.
• Communicate with factories, freight forwarders and logistics partners to guarantee prompt deliveries.
• Maintain the S&OP process to reflect market needs and monitor replenishment accordingly.
• Oversee inbound shipments, monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure on‑time supply.
• Provide inventory analysis and regular management reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
• Solid knowledge of supply planning or inventory management processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
