Supply Chain Specialist – Project-Based Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for project‑based initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage suppliers and logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery of materials throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply chain activities for assigned projects, aligning with timelines, budgets and business goals.
• Coordinate procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project supply plans to guarantee material availability.
• Track milestones, identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead‑time compliance and delivery tracking.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost efficiency.
• Support contract execution, purchase order management and vendor communication.
• Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and cost control.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory and logistics management.
• Proven experience in project‑based environments, preferably within listed companies or large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
