Supply Planning Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planning Assistant Manager to oversee the weekly supply‑demand planning for a major product category. The role will ensure accurate mid‑term and long‑term supply plans, balance global demand and supply, and support the S&OP process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the weekly supply‑demand planning process for at least one major category.
• Define and regularly review mid‑term and long‑term supply plans.
• Identify and propose corrective actions when stock availability falls outside predefined control limits.
• Lead the end‑to‑end balancing of supply and demand worldwide while monitoring operational KPIs.
• Conduct the monthly supply review and S&OP meetings, driving improvements to the planning process.
• Oversee phase‑in and phase‑out activities and maintain accurate master data in SAP and IBP.
• Act as the primary supply‑chain systems expert within the supply‑planning community.
• Represent the supply chain function in internal and external audits.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in a supply‑chain‑related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Extensive experience with ERP and global planning tools, especially SAP and IBP.
