Systems Administrator – Hong Kong

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator for our Hong Kong office to provide hands‑on, office‑based support while managing infrastructure across Windows and UNIX environments. The role blends direct user assistance with system administration, troubleshooting and project work, collaborating with global teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile‑device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment and trading‑floor technology, with occasional data‑centre tasks.
• Work with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non‑technical issues.
• Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex problems, administer infrastructure‑level systems and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience across hardware, software, desk‑side, trading‑floor, AV and conferencing support.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with a curiosity for solving unfamiliar problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Availability to work on‑site Monday‑Friday, with occasional overtime, weekend assignments and travel to Singapore or Shanghai.
