Talent Acquisition Specialist – North Asia

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for North Asia, you will partner with the business to drive growth by attracting high‑calibre talent. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment, enhance employer branding and build university collaborations to position Hilti as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to translate business strategy into a talent acquisition roadmap.
• Own and manage the full hiring cycle for designated roles, partnering with hiring managers to define profiles and source candidates through direct channels, job boards and university networks.
• Conduct market research, competitor talent mapping and proactive candidate engagement to build robust talent pipelines.
• Manage Hilti’s social media channels to showcase culture and opportunities, expanding reach to passive candidates.
• Analyze talent acquisition data with the regional team, uncover insights and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align recruitment activities with business direction.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Korean or Japanese is a plus.
• Digital savvy with proficiency in talent acquisition systems and a data‑driven mindset.
