Talent Sourcer – Global Sourcing Team

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Talent Sourcer to join Payward’s Global Sourcing team. In this fully remote, async‑first environment you will help shape the future of open finance by identifying and engaging top talent across a wide range of technical and non‑technical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Gather and communicate market intelligence to pinpoint where target talent resides.
• Leverage best‑practice research techniques, Boolean searches, and a variety of sourcing tools.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Source candidates through social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, and internet searches.
• Act as an ambassador for Payward and its brands, promoting company values and enhancing brand awareness.
• Participate in research projects and initiatives that improve sourcing infrastructure.

• Deep interest in fintech, crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional markets.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple pay zones and business units.
