About the role
The Tax Manager will provide professional tax support for JD.com's TMT and fintech businesses in Hong Kong, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial effectiveness across daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess and mitigate tax risks in day‑to‑day activities.
- Coordinate and verify tax filings to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage responses to local tax inspections, preparing thorough documentation and resolving queries.
- Collaborate with business units on tax‑related issues, delivering insightful solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of tax administration experience, preferably in TMT/fintech or Big 4 environments.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under high pressure and deliver independent professional judgments.
