About the role
The Team Leader – Housekeeping will oversee daily housekeeping operations at a leading hotel. You will guide a team of Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to delivering consistent service.
Key responsibilities
- Assign duties and responsibilities to Housekeeping Attendants.
- Conduct checks on work completed by Housekeeping Attendants to ensure quality standards.
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
- Good communication and language skills.
- Team player who is customer‑oriented, attentive and hospitable.
