About the role

Join the Grand Club lounge team at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, a premium space overlooking Victoria Harbour. You will be part of a dynamic service crew delivering a memorable experience to suite and club floor guests throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in line with the hotel’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve service excellence and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment to meet ISO22000 standards.
• Continuously anticipate and fulfil guests’ needs, aiming to delight them at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in service industries; more experience may qualify for a Team Leader role.
• Strong communication abilities and high proficiency in language skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑oriented, attentive and hospitable approach.
