Technical Analyst – Cloud Platform Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Cloud Platform Engineering team. The role focuses on building platform products and DevOps solutions that embed AI, helping developers improve productivity, automation, and solution quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, automation tools, and internal platform products using Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Leverage coding agents and spec‑driven development to translate user needs and architecture decisions into testable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to create self‑service platform capabilities that simplify building, testing, deployment, and operation of software and AI agents.
• Investigate deployment, container, pipeline, and platform issues using logs, monitoring data, and configuration.
• Support and troubleshoot production incidents on Kubernetes platforms across public‑cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Work with application, AI engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to define standardized deployment patterns and best practices.
• Identify repetitive work and developer friction, proposing automation, standardization, or AI‑assisted enhancements.
• Create and maintain engineering assets such as specifications, technical documentation, operational guides, reusable patterns, and onboarding materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, or a related technical area.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Putonghua is a plus.
