Technical Lead – ESG SaaS Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead who is passionate about building robust, long‑lasting systems that power ESG and supply‑chain solutions. You will shape the architecture of our SaaS platform, directly influencing daily operations and the experience of consumers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Node.js applications using modern JavaScript, TypeScript and the Nest.js framework.
• Integrate frontend Vue 3 components with backend services and implement gRPC communication for micro‑services.
• Manage containerised deployments with Kubernetes and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain high‑performance data stores using PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce unit testing (Jest/Vitest) and uphold best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Technical visionary who defines scalable architecture and aligns it with business goals.
• Effective conflict‑resolution and crisis‑management skills to keep projects on track.
• Strong communicator able to articulate decisions and mentor team members.
