Technical Project Manager – Office Fit‑Out Construction

About the role

This position combines technical construction expertise with leadership, coordination and client management to deliver high‑quality office fit‑out projects. You will lead projects from concept through handover, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely and in line with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit‑out projects from concept to handover, developing project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction phases, aligning them with client requirements and specifications.
• Oversee site mobilisation, daily construction activities and quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSSE) standards and statutory building codes.
• Manage multiple trade contractors, suppliers and vendors to maintain seamless workflow and high‑quality workmanship.
• Prepare tender/bid documents, procurement plans and weekly progress reports.
• Read and interpret architectural, M&E and fit‑out drawings, identifying discrepancies and buildability issues.
• Act as the primary on‑site contact for landlords, building management, contractors, tenants and end‑users.
• Communicate regularly with executives, clients and project teams to keep all parties aligned.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, resolve site issues and recommend programme adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in corporate interior fit‑outs, preferably with multinational exposure.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in construction execution, site management, budgeting, cost control and scheduling.
• Strong quality‑assurance and compliance oversight capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
