Telemarketing Executive – Card Lending (Contract)

About the role

This contract position focuses on outbound and inbound telemarketing for a bank’s Card Lending and Contract Center. You will engage customers to promote credit card loan products, handle unsecured lending applications, and ensure a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound warm‑call telemarketing to cross‑sell Credit Card Loans.
• Handle inbound enquiries and applications for unsecured lending.
• Promote additional financial products such as insurance.
• Provide accurate information and timely responses to customer queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil service commitments.
• Process phone instructions in strict compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• HKCEE/HKDSE or higher qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant telemarketing experience.
• Understanding of bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service.
• Good Mandarin proficiency (preferred) and excellent communication skills.
• Team player with solid presentation abilities.
• Proficient PC usage and accurate English & Chinese typing.
