Telemarketing Executive

About the role

Reporting to the Telesales Manager, you will handle inbound web‑based customer queries and generate sales through outbound calls. The role focuses on delivering basic sales tasks, ensuring a smooth sales process, and meeting regulatory standards. It is an entry‑level position eligible for sales incentive compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound and internet enquiries regarding eligibility, plan benefits, and policy terms, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Achieve sales targets predetermined by management and exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and files as required.
• Interface effectively with internal colleagues, client management, and medical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Identify potential process improvements and support less‑experienced team members.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow.
• 1–2 years experience in health‑insurance or outbound sales, with a proven track record in telemarketing.
• Regulatory awareness and ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
