Teller – Branch Banking (Hong Kong)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily counter transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and cheque services.
• Deliver professional customer service and support branch operations.
• Identify customer banking needs and provide appropriate referrals.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in banking, customer service, retail, or cashiering is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service‑oriented attitude.
• Must hold Hong Kong Permanent Resident status and have valid work rights in Hong Kong.
