Tenure‑Track Professor (Non‑Communicable Diseases) – Public Health

About the role

The School of Public Health seeks highly qualified scholars for multiple tenure‑track positions (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor) focusing on non‑communicable disease research. Appointments start as soon as possible on a three‑year fixed‑term contract with renewal and potential tenure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead independent and collaborative research programmes in non‑communicable disease epidemiology.
• Publish findings in high‑impact journals and secure competitive research grants.
• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses and supervise graduate students.
• Contribute to departmental administration and academic service.

Required profile

• Ph.D. (or equivalent) in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health or a related field.
• Demonstrated research experience and a strong publication record in non‑communicable disease epidemiology.
• Evidence of external grant acquisition and international recognition.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching and mentorship.
