Territory Manager – Pet Nutrition

About the role

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of Hill’s Pet Nutrition products across assigned accounts in Hong Kong. Working closely with customers, you will use data‑driven insights and innovative solutions to strengthen relationships and increase market share in the pet nutrition channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and implement annual business plans for each account to meet sales volume, space, product assortment and promotion targets.
• Manage product visibility and shelf space within designated accounts, ensuring rapid acceptance of new Hill’s offerings.
• Communicate the technical superiority, practical application and commercial benefits of Hill’s products to customers.
• Apply the 6P strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement, POP, Professional recommendation) to create shopper‑oriented solutions.
• Act as the strategic partner of choice for small‑animal nutrition, building long‑term relationships with key retailers.
• Utilise data analytics to identify growth opportunities and experiment with innovative sales approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or territory management, preferably within consumer goods or pet nutrition.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to persuade customers of product benefits.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while aligning with broader company goals.
