Territory Supervisor – Endoscopy Sales

About the role
Stryker is seeking a Territory Supervisor to drive sales of endoscopy solutions across the assigned region. You will work directly with healthcare professionals, hospitals and distributors to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify market needs, trends and growth opportunities to shape local sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, hospital decision‑makers and channel partners.
- Prospect new accounts, secure contracts and expand the customer base.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity and forecasts to address business challenges.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Experience with implantable devices, consumables and preferably endoscopy products.
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, life sciences or related field.
Required skills
- Endoscopy product sales expertise.
- Medical device sales knowledge.
