Training & Education Specialist – Medical Surgical

About the role

Medtronic seeks a Training & Education Specialist/Manager to deliver employee and customer training on medical‑surgical products, ensuring safe and effective use that optimizes patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training to employees and customers on product use and safety.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to assess training effectiveness.
• Create and revise validation methods to ensure training efficiency.
• Facilitate technical problem solving with customers and field staff.
• Provide feedback to product development, education, and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Experience in an operating‑theatre environment and familiarity with surgical equipment.
• Exposure to surgical products across specialties such as General Surgery, GYN, Urology, and CTS.
• Prior experience in clinical education or professional training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of surgical equipment and capital devices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning experiences.
