Training Manager (Beauty Industry)

About the role

Asia Beauty Concepts Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Training Manager to lead brand‑specific training across its luxury skincare portfolio. You will ensure staff deliver consistent, high‑quality treatments and product knowledge in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training on brand guidelines, treatment protocols, professional knowledge and product usage.
• Review and update treatment standards, monitor operational procedures and address guest feedback.
• Set up and manage training workshops, assess staff competency and certify performance.
• Support strategic projects that enhance the beauty centre, handling planning, administration, implementation and financial evaluation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and training operations; beauty‑industry experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, accountability and analytical mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic PC literacy.
