Transfer Pricing Manager – Tax Services

About the role

Join a leading global tax practice to help multinational corporations design, document, and implement transfer pricing strategies that meet regulatory requirements and business objectives. As a Transfer Pricing Manager you will lead client engagements, supervise junior staff, and provide expert advice on pricing, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of transfer pricing solutions for complex multinational structures.
• Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams from planning to delivery.
• Advise clients on risk management, planning opportunities, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing policies, reports, and documentation in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
• Monitor legislative changes and industry developments, communicating implications to clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing training and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related discipline.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant transfer pricing experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for associate roles).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High ethical standards and commitment to the firm’s code of conduct.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
