US Admissions Manager / Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate US Admissions Manager/Consultant to join a leading education consultancy in Hong Kong. The role involves guiding high‑achieving students through the full admissions journey for top US universities, providing personalized mentorship and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one admissions consulting and mentorship to students targeting elite US institutions.
• Design customized academic, extracurricular and personal development roadmaps aligned with each student’s goals.
• Manage the complete application process, including school selection, essay strategy, interview preparation and deadline tracking.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with students and their families, acting as a primary advisor.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, prepare status reports and ensure all milestones are achieved.
• Stay informed on US university admissions trends, requirements and policy changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a US university (post‑graduate qualifications a plus).
• 2‑5 years of experience in university admissions consulting, education consulting or a related field.
• Demonstrated success supporting applicants to top US universities.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple student cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
