UX/UI Designer – Digital Projects

About the role

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a UX/UI Designer to support user‑centered digital application projects across mobile, web and e‑commerce channels. You will translate requirements into intuitive designs, collaborate with vendors and development teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of user‑centered digital projects for mobile apps, websites and e‑commerce platforms.
• Create and manage graphic assets for multiple media, including apps, web platforms and social media.
• Translate user requirements into front‑end UX/UI designs, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with external vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in scrum teams, working closely with developers to maximise sprint value.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot UI/UX defects.
• Stay updated on digital trends and best practices to enhance customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in UX/UI design, consulting, digital solutions and mobile app design.
• Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles.
• Project management skills; PMP certification highly preferred.
• Experience working in agile teams; Product Owner or Manager certification is a plus.
• Experience managing digital application development projects is preferred.
