Valet Parking Assistant

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Valet Parking Assistant at our Hong Kong property. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving by car, ensuring their vehicles are handled safely and efficiently while delivering the memorable hospitality experience Marriott is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and receive vehicles, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Park, retrieve, and safely store guest vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements and coordinate with the front desk for seamless guest service.
• Assist guests with luggage and other requests as needed, supporting overall guest satisfaction.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and uniform standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Professional appearance, clear communication, and a commitment to safety.
• No prior experience or supervisory background required.
