Vice President, Production - Factories Management

About the role

Lead multiple offshore garment factories, driving performance in quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and compliance while strengthening manufacturing efficiency through lean initiatives and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with factory leadership teams to enhance operational excellence and workforce capability.
• Support strategic customers, focusing on the Japan market.
• Travel regularly to overseas production sites to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Implement lean initiatives and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, delivery, cost, and productivity standards.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience within large‑scale garment manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing sizeable factories and multi‑country production operations.
• Strong exposure to the Japan market.
• Solid expertise in woven garments.
• Experience overseeing offshore factories, ideally in Southeast Asia.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
