About the role
The Virtual Teller (VTM) role supports ICBC (Asia) customers by delivering fast, accurate transactions through our Virtual Teller Machines. You will be the front‑line contact ensuring a seamless digital banking experience while upholding the bank’s service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions at Virtual Teller Machines.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and address client inquiries.
- Maintain smooth operations and comply with all control and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of bank teller or counter‑service experience (preferred).
- Customer‑oriented, pleasant demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good business sense and awareness of AML and account‑opening procedures.
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
Required skills
- Virtual Teller Machine (VTM) operation.
- Knowledge of anti‑money‑laundering (AML) requirements.
- Understanding of account opening processes.
